Start with a Market Assessment

When you commission Hummert to perform a market assessment, we'll begin by looking at your current customer database and ask questions. What demographic information can you provide us about your customers? What geographical markets are they in? How often do they purchase from you? And what mediums are you currently using to reach them?

Following this assessment, we'll return with some recommendations to be reviewed by your marketing team and analysis of data provided. Then a plan can be assembled based upon your outline of the project's initial objectives.

Isolating the markets and audiences to reach can then allow Hummert the opportunity to apply the different market reach options available to us. Costs can then be provided and a plan drafted for the frequency with which your customers will be reached and the means used to follow up with these efforts to determine a return on your investment.

Tracking this information from the 'back end' such as through sales, contacts made, or information captured will have to be determined if the return is to be accurately gauged.
